Our puppies turned 3 weeks old yesterday, can ya believe it? They're growing so fast! They all started walking at around 10 days, and now they're unstoppable! They bark, they play, they wag their tails and scramble right to us when we walk into their whelping room. We're in love with them all, wish we could keep every one!

Anyways, I thought it would be fun to see which one you guys liked the most, and maybe even see how much that changes week to week. Here are a couple shots of each puppy taken on their 3 week birthdays, click the pics for a larger view, or check them all in the new "Puppy Of The Week" photo album!

@ShimmerBodyCream - Yayyyyy! They're actually the same breed! Until a few years ago, it was possible to register the same dog with the AKC as an American Staffordshire Terrier and with the UKC as an American Pitbull Terrier. The AKC decided to get away from the whole "pitbull" "fighting dog" aspect of the breed a few decades ago, and just a couple or three years ago stopped accepting dogs neither of whose parents are AKC registered (previously dogs born to UKC parents were accepted). As a result, the two breeds are beginning to diverge more dramatically than they have in the past, and it's becoming possible to distinguish one from the other just by looking at them. Personally I like bully dogs with massive heads, so I'm going to try to bring back and amplify the oldschool bully traits in my dogs. Wish us luck, I think Boomer's gonna make a contribution to that end in a couple years or so
